Brief Overview

Wawa had no consistent process when it came to safe managment and went to JDA to provide assistance in these areas.

Benefits include:

Gave store managers the ability to access planograms quickly and easily for accurate store set up. Allowed for all different departments to have access to store information in different geographical locations. Software has allowed analysis on very different product categories do to clustering.
