Hamish Brewer, President and Chief Executive Officer

- Promoted in August 2003 to current position responsible for overseeing all aspects of JDA and developing company strategy. The Company’s Executive Vice President/CFO, Executive Vice President of Services and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing report directly to Brewer.
- Prior positions include President from 2001 to 2003; Senior Vice President,
Worldwide Sales from 2000 to 2001; Senior Vice President, Enterprise Systems,
from 1999 to 2000; Senior Vice President, International, from 1998 to 1999; and
Vice President, Europe, Middle East & Africa Operations from 1996 to 1998.
Joined JDA’s UK office as an account manager in 1994 with a focus on sales and
marketing.
- Prior to JDA, worked for eight years at IBM as a retail specialist in sales
and marketing. Also worked at a retailer in England with responsibilities for
operations, information management, and stock control.
- Education: B.Sc. in Production Engineering and a B.Com. in Economics from
the University of Birmingham, UK.

Peter S. Hathaway, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
|
- Joined JDA in 2009 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
with more than 30 years of financial management and leadership experience.
- Prior to JDA, spent 14 years with Allied Waste Industries, Inc. Most
recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO at Allied Waste. Held
increasingly senior level roles in finance and accounting, including Chief
Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance before promotion to CFO
in 2003. During his tenure, played a leadership role in Allied Waste’s
growth of revenue from $100 million to over $6 billion with the acquisition of
over 300 private and publicly held businesses, including the $4-billion dollar
acquisition of Browning-Ferris Industries in 1999 and the merger of Allied Waste
with Republic Services in December 2008.
- Hathaway’s leadership in governance, compliance and reporting helped Allied
Waste earn the unsolicited recognition as one of "America’s Most Trustworthy
Companies" and Audit Integrity for transparent governance, financial statements
and conservative accounting practices, sponsored by Forbes magazine.
- Other previous positions include Controller and Finance Director for
Browning Ferris Industries and Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Jason Zintak, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

- Joined JDA in 2009 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing with more than 17 years in senior-level software sales and executive management roles.
- Prior to joining JDA, Zintak served as Executive Vice President of Sales for HCL-AXON Global, a subsidiary of HCL Technologies, that specializes in business transformation consulting services focused on SAP.
- Other previous positions include Vice President North America SAP Sales and Market Development for Capgemini, having served as Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Sales for Kanbay International (acquired by Capgemini), as well as Chief Business Development Officer of Adjoined Consulting (acquired by Kanbay).
- Zintak also worked directly for SAP Americas for seven years as Global Account Director and Sales Manager. Also served in various sales and sales management roles at Blue Martini Software both pre- and post-public offering.

Chris Moore, Executive Vice President, Services

- Promoted to Executive Vice President in November 2008 responsible for all JDA services globally.
- Responsible for all worldwide services and support areas, including JDA’s implementation consulting, strategic business services, education and training, and managed services, and customer support areas with a focus on improving the overall customer experience.
- Previously served as Senior Vice President, Customer Support Services 2004-2008, Vice President of Client Support Services; Vice President of Consulting Services, Americas from 2001 to 2003; Vice President of U.S. Consulting Services from 2000 to 2001; Vice President, Consulting, Eastern Region from 1997 to 2000; Director of Consulting Services, Northeast Region from 1995 to 1997. Joined JDA in 1991 as a Project Lead, Northeast Region.
- Prior to JDA, worked for an IBM business partner where he helped launch a retail consulting group, establishing the company as an IBM AS/400 and POS provider.

Andy Archer, Regional Vice President, Services Industries

- Promoted in August 2009 to Regional Vice President, Services Industries, responsible for leading JDA’s Services Industries business unit. In this role, Archer leads the unit’s sales and services activities and software development for JDA’s cutting-edge Revenue Management solutions.
- Joined JDA as part of the Manugistics acquisition in 2006, where he served as Head of the EMEA region and formerly Vice President, Travel, Transport and Hospitality.
- Prior to Manugistics, Archer served as Director of Consulting Services for Talus Solutions, a leading provider of Revenue Management and Price Optimization technology. Talus Solutions was previously acquired by Manugistics.
- Former positions include various consulting and management roles at companies such as SSA Global and Emerson Electric Corporation.
- Education: BSc (Honors) in Materials Science, University of Nottingham.

Brian Boylan, Senior Vice President, Human Resources

- Promoted in March, 2007 to Senior Vice President, Human Resources,
responsible for leading JDA’s global human resources organization.
- Joined JDA in 2005, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in
human resources.
- Prior to joining JDA, was a principal in Alliance HR Advisors, a human
resources consulting firm. Served as Senior Vice President of Legal
Affairs and Human Resources for Asarco Incorporated, where he spent 16 years in
various executive and management roles. Former Assistant General Counsel
for New York City Labor Relations Office.
- Education: Juris Doctor degree, Brooklyn Law School; BBA, Pace
University in New York.

G. Michael Bridge, Senior Vice President, General Counsel

- Promoted in August 2004 to Senior Vice President and in March 2008 added Corporate Secretary responsibilities to those of worldwide legal affairs. As Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary responsibilities include: software licensing, corporate governance, securities compliance and strategic alliances.
- Coordinates legal aspects of JDA’s successful growth through acquisition strategy. Completed nine acquisitions since joining the company as Vice President and General Counsel in 1999.
- Prior to JDA, spent eight years as primary corporate counsel for three technology companies. Successfully completed $130 million in acquisitions. Other previous experience includes corporate and securities associate attorney with Piper Rudnick, LLP in Baltimore, Maryland.
- Education: Juris Doctor degree, Cornell University; B.A. degree, University of Southern California.

Namita Dhallan, Chief Product Officer

- Promoted in January 2010 to current position, responsible for developing and deploying the vision and strategy for JDA’s solution suite, including defining product innovations, requirements and market positioning.
- Previously served as Group Vice President of Product Management from 2007 to 2010; Group Vice President of Product Management, Supply Chain from 2006 to 2007.
- Joined JDA as part of the Manugistics acquisition in July 2006, where she served as Vice President of Product Management. Prior to Manugistics, Dhallan worked at a start-up technology company, as well as spent six years at IBM where she was responsible for developing distributed, document-imaging systems.
- Education: B.S. in Computer Science, University of Maryland.

Tom Dziersk, Senior Vice President, Americas

- Joined JDA in August 2006 to assume the Senior Vice President, Americas position, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the retail and supply chain enterprise software market.
- Prior to JDA, spent five years as President and Chief Executive Officer for ClearOrbit, Inc. Successfully re-branded and re-positioned the company, as well as its product and services offerings.
- Other previous positions include a variety of senior management as well as sales and marketing positions at several emerging technology companies, including Essentus International, Inc. (formerly Richter Systems) and JBA International, Inc (a major ERP software provider).
- Education: B.A. in Economics with a minor in Computer Science, University of Michigan.

David Johnston, Senior Vice President, Supply Chain

- Promoted in April 2007 to current position responsible for strengthening executive level relationships with JDA’s manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution customers and key prospects.
- Previously served as Vice President of Forecasting and Replenishment Solutions responsible for the strategic
direction and business development of JDA’s forecasting and replenishment solution offerings.
- Prior to JDA, held a number of positions at E3 Associates, including Vice President of Industry Marketing and Partner Relationships and Vice President of Product Development.
- Prior to E3, worked for six years at IBM in the development organization responsible for IBM’s mainframe forecasting and replenishment solutions. Also worked at a department store retailer responsible for merchandising and replenishment systems.
- Education: Louisiana State University and University of New Orleans, Computer Science.

Salil Joshi, Regional Vice President, Center of Excellence

- Promoted in January 2010 to Regional Vice President and continuing as Managing Director, Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for leading and overseeing the development and growth of all departments.
- Previously served as Group Vice President, Product Development from 2006 to 2008, where he led the development of JDA’s Replenishment and Transportation solutions.
- Joined JDA as part of the Manugistics acquisition in 2006 where he served as Vice President and Managing Director, established the India Development Center in 2004 and was responsible for all aspects of the operation including recruitment, training, delivery and quality of supply chain products. Held several positions of growing responsibility in product development since joining Manugistics in 1997.
- Prior to Manugistics, Joshi held various consulting and management roles at ACNielsen and Marlborough Sterling Group.
- Education: M.S. in Electrical Engineering, University of Maryland.

- Joined JDA in January 2004 to drive product delivery and the overall product development organization.
- Previously served in numerous executive positions in product development
including Vice President of Product Planning at Geac (Comshare), a business
performance management solutions provider, and Senior Vice President of Product
Development and Chief Technology Officer for Comshare, the original developer of
Arthur™ planning applications that JDA acquired in 1998.
- Serves on industrial advisory boards for MIS at the University of Georgia
and the International Academy of Advanced Decision Support at the Peter Kiewit
Institute of Technology. Authored over fifty articles and books and co-authored
Electronic Commerce 2004 (Prentice Hall) and The Strategy Gap (Wiley, 2003).
- Education: Ph.D. in Sociology with minor in Mathematical Statistics,
University of North Carolina.

Duane Kotsen, Senior Vice President, Implementation Services

- Joined JDA in 2009 as Senior Vice President, Implementation Services with more than 20 years in information technology, software consulting and executive management experience.
- Prior to joining JDA, Kotsen served as Senior Vice President of Global Services for QAD, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise applications for global manufacturing companies, in which he oversaw the activities of the company’s Worldwide Professional Services organization.
- Previously served as Regional Vice President, Northeast Professional Services for PeopleSoft. Held increasingly senior level roles, including Vice President of Global Operations and Vice President of Education, Government and HealthCare, before his promotion to Regional Vice President in 2004.
- Other previous positions include Senior Vice President, Internet Solutions Group of Extraprise Group, as well as Director, Worldwide Operations and various Practice leadership roles at Oracle Corporation.
- Education: M.B.A, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and B.A. in Computer and Information Sciences from Lehigh University.

Stephen McNulty, Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific
|
- Promoted in June 2008 responsible for overall JDA Asia Pacific operations.
- Joined JDA Software in 2008 as JDA Group Vice President to drive growth in
Asia.
- Prior to JDA, he spent 9 years with Oracle Corporation in various roles and
countries including General Manager, Asia Pacific where he was responsible for
the growth of their application business in Asia. Prior to his leadership role
in Asia, he was responsible for Oracle’s North American application growth in
the Mid-Atlantic and North Central areas, and Eastern Canada. Prior to moving to
North America he worked for Oracle in Australia, and prior to that, with Baan as
Sales Manager for Australia and New Zealand.

Brian Mort, Regional Vice President, EMEA
|
- Joined JDA in March 2009 as Regional Vice President, EMEA, responsible for leading the EMEA sales and marketing organization, leveraging more than 20 years of technology sales and leadership experience with some of the world’s largest organizations.
- Prior to JDA, he served as the Senior Vice President of EMEA for Ingres Corporation.
- Previously he spent five years with SAP as Director of Global Accounts where he was recognized as the top sales executive in the region.
- Other previous positions include various senior management roles at Oracle, Deloitte Consulting's SAP practice, Dell and Xerox.

Aditya Srivastava, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
|
- Joined JDA as part of the i2 acquisition in 2010, where he serves as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Research and Development. Srivastava brings to JDA more than 25 years of experience in the software industry.
- During his tenure at i2, Srivastava initiated new strategic areas of product development, managed the company’s global support organization and designed the base technology of the i2 Agile Business Process Platform. He also worked on several aspects of i2’s planning, collaboration and demand-fulfillment engines, and promoted the use of XML and SOA for enterprise applications.
- Prior to i2, Srivastava worked on artificial intelligence at the Texas Instruments Computer Science Research Laboratory, where he contributed to expert systems and the development of the first micro-coded implementation of the Prolog language. He has also written optimizing compilers for C, C++ and Prolog programming languages. Srivastava’s previous experience also includes founding of two start-up companies.
- Education: M.S. in Computer Science, University of Kentucky; B.S. in Electrical Engineering, IIT-Kanpur, India.

Kelly Thomas, Senior Vice President, Manufacturing
|
- Named to position in January 2010 with management responsibilities for
strengthening JDA’s executive-level relationships in discrete manufacturing,
including the high technology, automotive and industrial, aerospace and defense,
and metals industries.
- Prior to JDA he spent 15 years at i2 Technologies, Inc. where he held
various roles including Senior Vice President of Product Strategy and Planning,
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Manufacturing Industries, and Vice
President, Industry Solutions and Marketing.
- Has more than 25 years of experience designing, developing and implementing
supply chain management, manufacturing execution and supplier relationship
management solutions. At i2 he led the initial development of the company’s
consumer packaged goods solution, and created the automotive and industrial
implementation consulting practice.
- Previously worked 10 years at EDS (now HP Enterprise Services) where he held
various positions including division chief technologist, engineering manager,
and software solutions architect. Prior to that, he was software development
engineer for a startup company.
- Education: B.S.in Chemical Engineering, Rutgers University.

Wayne Usie, Senior Vice President, Retail
|
- Transitioned into the Senior Vice President, Retail position in July 2006 to assume responsibility for strengthening executive level relationships with JDA’s retail customers and key prospects.
- Assumed Senior Vice President, Americas position in January 2003 to bring his in-depth understanding of JDA Portfolio and demand chain requirements to lead the development of customers in JDA’s largest region. All associates in sales and services in the Americas report to Usie.
- Joined JDA in January 2001. During his tenure, led the research and product development organization through a great deal of change and growth, including the launch of JDA Portfolio 2003.
- Previously served as Vice President of IT at multi-billion dollar Family Dollar Stores, Inc., a publicly traded mass merchant discount retailer. Led the implementation and management of a number of large packaged systems, including Oracle and Retek, and internally developed applications, to support over 4,000 retail locations and six distribution centers. Also worked in executive positions for a regional retailer and a consulting firm.
- Education: B.S. in Business Administration, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA.
