Hotel Accommodation
JDA has negotiated the following fixed accommodation rates for a limited number of rooms for the JDAConnect conference delegates - these rates and availability are guaranteed until 21 September. However to ensure you receive the best possible rate at the time of your booking, please consult the Park Inn website for current rates and availability as they vary frequently.
- Tuesday 20 October: £106.70 (VAT included) for single occupancy including breakfast
- Wednesday 21 October: £96.70 (VAT included) for single occupancy including breakfast as part of JDAConnect programme
- Thursday 22 October: £106.70 (VAT included) for single occupancy including breakfast
- Friday 23 October: £77.30 (VAT included) for single occupancy including breakfast

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by sending an e-mail to jdaconnect@jda.com
- Refunds before 31 July will be accepted with a penalty charge of £75.00
- Refunds before 22 September (4 weeks before) will be accepted with a penalty charge of £200
- No refund will be honored after 22 September.
Substitution Policy:
If you registered but are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute another attendee at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change to the registration coordinator at jdaconnect@jda.com
JDA reviews all conference attendee registrations and reserves the right to cancel registration(s) if needed.
Travel Information
By Road
- From London A4
Follow signposts for Terminals 1, 2 and 3. At traffic lights where you would turn left for the airport, turn right then take the first left into hotel entrance. - From M25
Follow signs for M4 Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Take exit 4 from M4 for Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3, go up Spur Road towards Heathrow airport Turn left at the A4 London sign and left again. The Park Inn is now in front of you. - From the M4
Take exit 4 for Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3, go up Spur Road towards Heathrow Airport Turn left at the A4 London sign and left again. The Park Inn is now in front of you.
Paid Car parking is available at the hotel at a rate of £10 per day.
By Rail
Take Piccadilly line tube or Heathrow Express and alight at Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Hotel Hoppa bus picks up at intervals outside each Terminals 1,2 and 3. Catch the Hotel Hoppa H2 to Park Inn Heathrow.
By Air
- Terminal 1, 2, 3
The hotel hoppa bus H2 stops outside terminal 1, 2 and 3 and drops you off right outside the main entrance of our hotel. The service is operated by the National Express and a single journey is charged at £4 per person.
Transport for London (public) buses run free of charge between Heathrow and Hatton Cross (our hotel is in the middle). They depart from stand 19 and 20 from the central bus station at Heathrow Airport (follow signs) and you can take follwing bus numbers: 105, 556, 555, 557, 111, 140, 285. The busses all stop in Bath Road and you can see the hotel clearly from the bus (so there is no chance you can miss the stop). All you have to do is tell the driver that you are going to the Park Inn to claim your free ride. - Terminal 4
There is no shuttle available from Terminal 4. Please take the Heathrow Express which runs free of charge between the terminals to Heathrow terminal 1, 2 and 3 and take the bus from there. - Terminal 5
