Conference FAQ

Q. Where is FOCUS 2011 taking place?
A. Swan & Dolphin, Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida – May 1-4, 2011. You can learn more about the hotel on our conference hotel information page.

Q. What are the dates of the conference?
A. Sunday, May 1 through Wednesday, May 4, 2011. The conference will conclude Wednesday at 11:45 AM.

Q. How should I arrange for air travel?
A. Attendees are responsible for their own air reservations. Contact your favorite airline directly.

Q. How do I arrange my ground transportation?
A. Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation. You may also find additinal information on our conference transportation information page.

Q. What does the Guest Pass include?
A. Clients are welcome to bring a guest to FOCUS 2011. A guest is considered a significant other, spouse, or an adult companion. Guests are invited to the evening events, receptions, and general sessions. Breakout sessions are open to client registrants only.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. You may view our cancellation policy here.

Q. When is my FOCUS registration payment due?
A. Payment must be received within 30 days of your registration. If payment is not received in 30 days, your registration will be cancelled. If you wish to re-register for FOCUS, you may do so at the current published rate. Please contact focus@jda.com should you have questions regarding FOCUS or payment information.

If registration fees have not been received prior to attending the conference, a credit card will be required upon check-in in order for you to attend the conference.

Q. How do I register?

Q. What is the conference attire?
A. Business casual is the recommended attire for the FOCUS conference.

Q. Do you offer a group discount for registration?
A. Yes! Take advantage of the FOCUS Group Discount offer. If four or more from your company register and pay to attend FOCUS, a fifth person can attend for free. To qualify for the group discount, the registrants must have paid the advance registration rate of $1,250 or higher. Once four registrations are complete, please contact us at FOCUS@jda.com and include the attendee names. We will verify eligibility and reply with the complimentary registration code. Please note, when taking advantage of the Group Discount offer, no refunds will be issued to the original four paid attendees. Substitutions are welcomed.

Q. Do I get a free registration pass if I speak at FOCUS?
A. Yes, if you are selected as a session speaker, you will receive a complimentary registration to attend FOCUS. Click here to submit your nomination to speak.
