Razat Gaurav, Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa Shelf-Connected Supply Chain Razat Gaurav joined JDA in 2010 as part of the i2 acquisition in 2010, and serves as Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Razat brings vast international experience to JDA along with demonstrated deep domain expertise in both retail and manufacturing supply chains. At i2 Razat served in various leadership roles with responsibility for revenue and market share growth, including leading all sales, presales and business development activities across the Americas and EMEA regions. In this role, he also managed partner and alliance relationships and guided solution and industry roadmap development. Razat previously led i2's Global Logistics Business Unit responsible for overall go-to-market and transportation solution strategy. He also served in various roles across product management, solutions marketing and strategic consulting services functions. Prior to i2, Razat worked as a management consultant at Ernst & Young's supply chain and logistics practice. In this role, he worked with several manufacturing, retail, third-party logistics and telecommunications companies on process improvement and strategy engagements to help drive cost reduction, service level improvement and revenue growth.

Tim Payne, Research Director, Gartner Group Getting the Right Technology for Your Supply Chain Tim Payne is a research director in Gartner, where he is part of the Supply Chain Research Group. In this position, Mr. Payne is able to leverage more than 15 years of direct experience in supply chain management into his research. His current research areas focus on supply chain planning, sales and operations planning, integrated business planning, and supply chain performance management. Additionally, he supports Gatner's European clients on all aspects of supply chain management. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Payne worked in supply chain management for multinationals for 15 years. During that time, he led many European supply chain re-engineering, improvement and optimisation programs, including several supply chain system implementations. |

Adriana Karaboutis, Vice President, Information Technology, Dell Inc. Dell's Supply Chain Transformation Adriana (Andi) Karaboutis is Dell’s Vice-president of Global Operations & Technology IT, responsible for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Product Development systems. She has been with Dell Since March, 2010. Prior to joining Dell, she was General Motors’ Global Manufacturing and Labor Information Officer. In this capacity, Adriana was responsible for all vehicle assembly, power train, and stamping plant systems, as well as manufacturing engineering systems. Prior to that, she was the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain Information Officer responsible for all global procurement, order fulfillment, supply operations and logistics systems. She was at GM from 2004 through 2010. Before working for General Motors, Adriana spent 15 years at Ford Motor Company where she began as a programmer/analyst and moved into various global IT leadership positions with increasing responsibility in manufacturing, supply chain, finance and purchasing in both Europe and North America. Adriana served as a member of the advisory board for the Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT) and was President of the organization, 2008-2010. She has also been on the board of the Manufacturing Executive Leadership Forum since 2009. |

Brett Frankenberg, Vice President of Supply Chain Planning, Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated Get Connected to the Consumers, Stay Ahead of the Competition Brett Frankenberg is the Vice President of Supply Chain Planning for Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (CCBCC). CCBCC is a 1.5B bottler based in Charlotte, NC. Brett’s team is responsible for Materials Management, Inventory Policies, Forecasting Demand Patterns through the Detailed Scheduling and Deployment of product from CCBCC’s five manufacturing centers and 60+ full goods vendors to the 50+ distribution facilities. In his 15 years with CCBCC, he has managed functions in Manufacturing, Training and most recently Logistics. Brett’s most recent assignment involved managing regional Warehousing and Transportation Operations in Manufacturing and Distribution Centers. Brett holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Penn State and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. |
