What is included in the Registration Fee?
Your registration fee includes a 3 day pass to JDA FocusConnect 2011, with access to all General and Breakout sessions, workshops, the exhibition and the JDA FocusConnect Grand Party
Please note that the registration fee does not include hotel accommodation. This has to be booked separately.
We've secured a limited number of rooms at the Sofitel for the duration of the conference at the rate of £159 plus VAT @ 20% per night (including breakfast). To take advantage of this rate and availability, you can call the Sofitel on +44 (0)208 757 5000 or email h6214-re@sofitel.com and quote JDAC231011 by 27 September 2011.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by sending an e-mail to focusconnect@jda.com
- Refunds before 18 July will be accepted with a penalty charge of £150.00
- Refunds before 27 September (4 weeks before) will be accepted with a penalty charge of £400.00
- No refund will be honored after 27 September. However, please be aware that the name can be changed.
Substitution Policy
If you registered but are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute another attendee at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change to the registration coordinator at focusconnect@jda.com
JDA reviews all conference attendee registrations and reserves the right to cancel registration(s) if needed.
Payment Policy
Payment must be received within 30 days of your registration. If payment is not received in 30 days, your registration will be cancelled. If you wish to re-register for JDA FocusConnect, you may do so at the current published rate. Please contact focusconnect@jda.com should you have questions regarding JDA FocusConnect or payment information.
If registration fees have not been received prior to attending the conference, a credit card will be required upon check-in in order for you to attend the conference.
