JDA training is based on our role-based certification tracks. Each track contains sequenced, blended learning events (virtual classroom, face-to-face, e-learning, online exams, etc.) focusing on decisions and processes that help students maximize their effectiveness in a particular role. BMI training builds learner competencies that drive business improvement. Most tracks include an online exam, and students passing the exam become JDAcertified in that role.
